- 5+ years of relevant experience, including: - Semiconductor device physics and modeling.
- Programming in Python, Perl, and/or C/C++.
- Circuit simulation and compact model development (e.
- BSIM, PSP).
- Experience with SPICE-level device modeling or circuit design.
