.Hands-on experience in the following technologies is a strong plus:• Advanced deposition technologies (CVD, ALD, PVD)• Epitaxial growth technologies (Si, SiGe, selective epitaxy, etc.)• Gate stack and dielectric technologies• Advanced patterning and dry etch technologies• Wet cleaning and surface treatment technologies• Ion implantation and thermal processing technologies• Contact and interconnect metallization technologies• Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP)• Stress engineering and advanced materials integration• Logic technology development, including advanced transistor development• Process integration technologies for memory CMOS and peripheral circuits Detailed

Develop process technology roadmaps and supplier strategies to achieve technology and cost targets• Develop and optimize process recipes for development and manufacturing environments• Analyze structural, material, and electrical characterization data• Drive innovations to improve device performance, yield, reliability, and cost competitiveness• Promotion and efficiency improvement of development activities through Artificial Intelligence utilization• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to solve complex technical challenges• Provide recommendations to senior leadership on technology strategy and development direction• Mentor and develop engineers while contributing to organizational capability growth• Work with high integrity, ownership, and respect for people Minimum Qualifications • Master's degree, Ph.D., or equivalent industry experience in Electrical
