Responsibilities
included but not limited to: Perform data analysis using SPC, Real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain the performance of the process. Cross work with other function team for new technology transfer, process development, and problem-solving activities.

- BS or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Material Science.
- At least 5+ year’s ETCH process experience working in a high-volume manufacturing semiconductor Fab.
- Understanding of principle of ETCH process knowledge, and it is a plus for equipment knowledge and/or integration knowledge (Perferred).
- Strong data analysis capability includes commonality check and DOE (Perferred).
- Multi-tasking and project management skills to balance and follow-thru with many tasks at once meeting deadlines and executing plans (Perferred).
- Work with Manufacturing, Equipment and other function team to achieve quality and capacity goals (Perferred).

For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $108,235 and $156,729 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $108,235 - $172,895 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC’s total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
