Responsibilities
Quality Management System Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Serve as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 certification activities. Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits. Ensure compliance with documented procedures, work instructions, and quality policies. Manage document control, quality records, and change management processes. Quality Assurance & Compliance Develop and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards. Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and ensure timely closure of quality issues. Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving process capability, and enhancing customer satisfaction. 必須
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience 7+ years of progressive quality management experience in semiconductor equipment, electronics manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a related high-technology manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing and maintaining an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System.
- Experience working with complex PCB assemblies, electro-mechanical systems, contract manufacturers, and global suppliers.
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and audit processes.
- Proficiency with quality tools including SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and root cause analysis met
