Senior Engineer, Field Process (Process Support)

Collaborating closely with customers, field service engineers, and product engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver successful outcomes. Supporting hardware, software, and process evaluations, and providing recommendations based on technical and data-driven assessments. Acting as a trusted technical partner to customers by providing timely support and helping them achieve their manufacturing objectives. Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence in a semiconductor fab environment. What we are looking for Minimum Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, equipment engineering, process engineering, or a related technical field. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes such as ALD, PEALD, CVD, Epitaxy, Furnace, or thin-film deposition technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Experience with process characterization, DOE, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making. Familiarity with process monitoring, SPC, JMP, Minitab, Excel, or other data analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and supporting critical customer escalations when needed. What sets you apart Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment directly at customer sites. Proven success in tool installation, qualification, and production ramp support. Experience driving improvements in yield, uptime, throughput, process capability, or cost of ownership. Knowledge of chamber matching, process transfer, technology transfer, and equipment performance optimization. Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build trusted technical relationships. Experience leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts and driving issues to closure. Ability to translate complex technical data into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
