Responsibilities

include, but not limited to: * Collaborate with your peers to develop and implement our roadmap, ensuring alignment with our goals. * Provide support to improve the performance and cost efficiency of our device portfolio. * Conduct and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations. * Validate transistor models and implement corrective actions as needed. * Define electrical test structures, design rule verification, and process monitoring. * Foster a collaborative working style and team spirit. In order to excel in this position, a solid understanding of standard CMOS Transistor Physics and expertise in advanced CMOS devices like FinFET, Nano-sheets, and vertical GAA are necessary. Proficiency in analytics and data analysis tools, as well as experience in test structure design and parametric test definition, are critical.
