Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Process Technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. Drive day-to-day manufacturing execution to ensure operational targets related to safety, quality, output, and cycle time are consistently achieved. Establish workforce plans, staffing models, and skill development strategies to support evolving manufacturing

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related STEM field.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced technology manufacturing, or a similar technical environment.
Experience leading technical teams, projects, or manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational or technical challenges in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience developing and coaching employees through structured training and capability-building programs.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
