and a passion for continuous improvement in quality management practices. (Japanese) Deviation Managementエンジニアとして、あなたはDeviation Managementチームの主要な貢献者となり、効果的な逸脱管理を通じて製品品質の向上を推進します。逸脱対応に関連するビジネスプロセス、ツール、システムの整合性と強化を図るために、部門横断的なチームと連携して取り組みます。この職務には、強固なエンジニアリングのバックグラウンドと、品質管理の実践における継続的な改善への情熱が求められます。
Job Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement of Process Quality by enhancing deviation management processes and tools. •Collaborate with Fab organizations and R&D to align deviation management practices across areas. •Benchmark and align deviation management processes with worldwide organizations. •Build strong partnerships with Global Quality groups to ensure consistent quality standards. •Assist in developing training materials related to deviation management for department personnel. •Contribute to establishing a positive and safe working environment aligned with Fab15 values. •Work with Deviation Management Manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet customer expectations. Background
in roles such as Quality, PIE, or PEE. •Strong time management skills. (Japanese) •Micronにおける逸脱管理プロセスおよびシステムに関する確かな理解 •戦略的および戦術的な複数のタスクを効率的に優先順位付けできる能力 •意思決定、問題解決、根本原因の特定に関する実績 •優れたチームワークスキルと、同僚との強固な関係を築く能力 •継続的に学び、スキルを向上させる姿勢と実績 •フィードバックを求め、意見を受け入れ、成功や失敗を分析してチームの効果性を高める能力 •英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話） •QE、PIE、ME、EE、PEEなどのエンジニアリング分野での経験 •優れたタイムマネジメントスキル PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE •Previous experience in an engineering role. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
