Lithium-Ion battery control IC development
- Analog circuit design
- Device evaluation and analysis

- Analog circuit design experience over 3 years
- Experience of design under Cadence Virtuoso environment
- Experience of BCD process(High voltage of 30V to 100V) design
- Having the design skill of basic analog functional circuit, such as BGR, LDO, OSC, OP-amp, comparator,etc.

- Basic knowledge about microcomputer and firmware control
- Experience of analog circuit testing and evaluation
- It is preferable to have knowledge about A/D,D/A, Charge pump, current detection circuit, driver design. ルネサス
