職務内容

1.Construction I&C(Instrumentation and Control)設備の計画、設置導入、試運転(性能検査) 現状の負荷を把握し、将来計画(新棟建設含む)を見据えたI&C設備計画新技術動向把握ならびに技術的改善提案、技術的VE提案社内顧客の要求をまとめた仕様書のとりまとめ(Elec, Mech, UPW/WWT, Gas, Chemical, Security, Office, IT等々) 設備性能検査方法の決定法令、規制(社内規格含む)に順守した設計、許認可安全衛生基準・環境基準の理解と遵守した設計トラブル発生時に技術的な対策及び横展開ベンダー設計の評価、議論と検討プロジェクトマネジメント(コスト、スケジュール、スペース、安全) FMEAによるリスク解析 2.同設備のメンテナンス/オペレーションサポートトレーニング資料の作成及び開発メンテナンス業務改善の実施と問題解決への貢献オペレーション上のトラブルサポート、トラブル解析統計的データーに基づいた品質管理 3.同設備の運用コスト削減(省エネ、省資源含む) 4.同設備の運用におけるリスク低減、災害・事故撲滅 5.業務効率化活動及び技術的VE提案 6.英語を用いた会議への参加、説明 7.専門技術・知識の開発、実行、共有 8.技術レポートの作成・論文の発表要件: (必須要件) 1.計装/制御に関する知識、SCADAによる監視設備構築の知識設備制御、PLC制御の実務経験(3年以上) Building Automating, Process Automation 実務経験(3年以上) 2. ITシステムに関する知識 (VM server, Windows PC, Storage, Database, Network) 3. 一般PCスキル(EXCEL Word, PowerPoint, CAD等) 4. 安全、防災、環境保全に関連する一般的知識および関係法令の理解 5. 高いコミュニケーションスキル、および問題を視覚化し、他の人に伝える能力 6. 業務に優先順位を付けてスケジュールを設定し、複数のタスクを同時に処理する能力 7. 科学的思考に基づく問題解決能力、報告・連絡・問題点のエスカレーション能力 (望ましい要件) 1.半導体工場のプロセス/Facility設備/製造の基本的理解 2.基礎的な英語理解、英語によるコミュニケーション(グローバルメンバーとの協働) 3.機械、電気、化学工学又は関連分野の学位号 4. AI・デジタルスキル AIツール(Microsoft Copilot等)を活用し、PLC、SCADA、BMS、FMCS、各種監視・制御システムに関する設計レビュー、障害解析、データ分析、技術文書作成、およびプロジェクト管理業務の効率化を推進できること。

AIが生成した制御ロジック、設計提案、異常分析結果、および技術文書を適切に評価し、SEMI、IEC、NFPA、FM Global、日本法令、およびMicron Standardsへの適合性を確認できること。

Position Summary The Construction I&C (Instrumentation and Control) Engineer is responsible for understanding semiconductor manufacturing processes, facility operations, and production flows within Fab 15 and applying that knowledge to design, implement, and optimize monitoring systems, control systems, instrumentation, and sensor technologies for new construction and facility expansion projects. This role is responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and optimized control solutions while executing various capital and facility projects. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, resolve operational issues, optimize system performance, and reduce operating costs through effective application of instrumentation and control expertise. In addition, this position plays a critical role in reducing safety risks, preventing incidents and accidents, and creating a safe, healthy, and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
