職務内容

(以下に限定されない): 必要な安全教育をすべて完了し、Micronの安全方針に従ってすべての作業を実施する アサインされたプロジェクト業務について、スケジュール管理を行い実行する。

プロセスコントロール(SPC)の基本コンセプトを理解し、各プロセスエリアのR2R開発を行う R2Rコントローラーの開発、生産への適応、最適化、効果的で効率的な斬新なソリューションの提供を行う ステークホルダーとのパートナーシップによりプロセス制御モデルの作成や品質向上のための方策を実施 エリアやFabプロセスコントロールモデルに影響を与えるR2Rシステムのトラブルシューティング 最良のソリューションを提供するため、ローカルレベルとグローバルレベルのプロジェクトチームとのコラボレーションを実施 Yield改善活動(YLR)をリードする。他部署(YE、PEE)のメンバーと協力し、Yieldと相関の強いParameterのばらつきを低減させる。またYLR Business Processの改善も行い、Yield改善に貢献する 資格:(すべて満たしている必要はなし) 一般的な統計プロセスコントロール(SPC)、プロセス制御、およびデータ解析の知識を有する Fabプロセスや装置についての基本的な理解 分析に基づく問題解決スキルを持っている テクニカルな話題を理解、発表、教育、開発を行う能力がある Fabの装置とITホストのコミュニケーションやデータフローの理解がある チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ、連携した業務の遂行が出来る。

時間管理、マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている。
