Key Responsibilities

Logistics Planning & Management: Plan, improve, and manage personnel for the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of semiconductor materials. Space Optimization: Plan and execute initiatives to optimize warehouse space and improve overall efficiency. Data Analysis & Improvement: Analyze warehouse operation data, propose continuous improvement plans, and execute them. Equipment Maintenance & Upgrades: Plan and execute projects for the expansion, modification, and repair of warehouse equipment. Health & Safety: Plan and implement improvements related to occupational health and safety (EHS). Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and negotiate effectively with other departments and external suppliers. New Plant Startup: Support and execute tasks related to the launch and startup of the new factory.
