Job's Mission
As an EHS Supervisor for ASM Taiwan, you will report to the Taiwan Site Services EHS Manager and join a global culture deeply committed to leading our industry in all aspects of EHS, Product Safety, and Sustainability. You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance with Taiwan regulations and ASM standards, driving continuous improvement in safety performance. This role offers opportunities to innovate and contribute locally and globally, while supporting semiconductor operations and projects. The position is responsible for the management of ASM EHS role in the southern part of Taiwan, including in the customers’ facilities, supporting the customer service team. - BS/MS in Industrial Safety/Health Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in EHS within semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Level B Labor Safety and Health Management certification/license is mandatory (乙級職業安全衛生管理員為必要條件).
- Knowledge in the semiconductor equipment industry, including wafer processing equipment, servicing equipment, and ergonomics standards.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of occupational safety and product safety principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
