Job Description
Your main
Responsibilities
include: Incoming materials quality and technology management. Execute and implement the division’s mission of material quality excellence. Collaborate with Operations/Fab on new supplier/material evaluation, material problem solving and new technology development. Supplier quality management including quality system assessment, on-site audit, process change control, excursion prevention, variation reduction and related continuously improvement programs. Key project: Facilitate the infrastructure of the incoming material quality assurance system. Coach domestic suppliers on TSMC quality

- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have: Masters or Ph.
- D in Material Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, or expertise with chemical synthesis, filtration, and purification.
- Prior experience in supplier quality/technology management.
- Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing/engineering is a plus.
- Demonstrated performance as a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities within a team environment and meet scheduled commitments.
- Proactive worker, innovative thinker, exhibit good judgement Resilient, positive, and confident under pressure.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
- Be a team player.
