In This Role
you will: Partner with regional sales teams to develop growth strategies and promotional initiatives to meet revenue objectives and expand market share. Lead the sales forecasting process and related management activities, including performance tracking, risk/opportunity assessments, and the use of reporting and analytical tools such as growth trees. Support achievement of Customer Experience Index (CXI) targets and lead key account plan execution to drive satisfaction and growth. Drive operational efficiency and supply planning for Dispense Pump manufacturing to improve margins while maintaining optimal inventory levels and on-time delivery. Align cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Sales and Quality to resolve risks and blockers, and to drive fast, effective executions. Coordinate needs for product improvements with engineering and oversee change management through established systems.
