In This Role
, you will lead the commissioning and qualification of new processes and equipment for high‐volume production. Once product qualification and operational readiness are achieved, you will drive the successful scale‐up of products and processes from Development to Manufacturing, utilizing a Stage‐Gate process and/or supporting product transfers between sites. 米沢工場にて、半導体業界向けの液体マイクロコンタミネーションコントロール(LMC)フィルター製品の製造を支援するリードエンジニアを募集しています。本ポジションでは、大量生産に向けた新規プロセスおよび設備の立ち上げ(コミッショニング)および認定(クオリフィケーション)を主導していただきます。
製品の認定および操業準備が完了した後は、ステージゲートプロセスを活用し、または拠点間の製品移管を支援することで、開発段階から製造段階への製品・プロセスの円滑なスケールアップを推進していただきます。
What You’ll Do

Background
in lean manufacturing. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within cross‐functional teams. Proficiency in SPC, FMEA, and V&Q processes. Ability to lead collaboratively, inspire teams, prioritize effectively, and drive execution. 化学工学、機械工学、または関連する技術分野における学士号または修士号。
ろ過(フィルトレーション)関連の製造プロセスに関する経験。
シックスシグマ認定資格を有し、MINITAB などのツールを用いた統計データ解析の実務経験。
10~15年以上の製造業経験を有し、プロセスのリーダーシップおよび/または継続的改善活動を主導した実績。
高い分析力・問題解決能力および ハンズオンでの技術対応力。
プロジェクトマネジメントの実績。
IQ/OQ/PQプロトコルに関する経験。
リーン生産方式の知識・経験。
変化する事業ニーズに迅速に適応できる能力。
高い対人スキルおよびコミュニケーション能力を有し、部門横断チームの中で効果的に貢献できること。
SPC、FMEA、V&Qプロセスに精通していること。
協調的なリーダーシップを発揮し、チームを鼓舞し、優先順位を的確に判断し、実行力をもって推進できる能力。
Outstanding Candidates Will Have Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Subject‐matter expertise in filtration manufacturing processes. Proven success in qualifying new facilities, equipment, processes, or products. リーン・シックスシグマ ブラックベルト認定資格を保有していること。
