Senior Principal Engineer, Advanced Innovation and Technology (AIT) Team

Support technical engagements with external research partners. Merge OEM-Japan and OEM-USA strategies. Build relationships with Japanese Universities and initiate research collaborations. Traits which make a strong candidate: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent in a technical field; Ph.D. preferred, with 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, at an equipment and/or device manufacturer. In-depth knowledge of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor equipment. Project management experience, with a track record of planning, driving and executing projects with multiple stakeholders across many organizations and time zones. Ability to build business relationships and leverage existing relationships to further Entegris technology. Ability to easily gain an intimate understanding of the broad Entegris product portfolio (liquid and gas filters, FOUPs, solid and liquid precursors, clean and etch chemistries, coatings, etc). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Japanese and English, with an ability to create and present technical materials to internal and external customers.
