(Responsibilities) NANDフラッシュメモリのベースダイ(Base Die)設計 FINESIM、HSPICE、VERILOG などの業界標準EDAツールを用いた回路シミュレーション NANDフラッシュにおける タイミング(Timing)・面積(Area)・消費電力(Power)の解析および最適化 新規NAND製品の開発に向けた、以下領域での設計・実装・最適化支援 メモリ回路 ロジック回路 アナログ回路 レイアウト設計との協業

Responsibilities

Build the base die of NAND flash. Run circuit simulations with industry-standard tools like FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG. Examine timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds. Support new NAND product opportunities by giving to the build, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.
