仕事内容

職務概要

当社では、先端DRAM半導体製品におけるキャパシティランプアップおよびコスト削減に向けたビジネス目標の達成に貢献いただける、意欲的なフォトエンジニアを募集しています。

主な業務内容

* Track装置のプロセス最適化および安定稼働を通じて生産性を向上させ、キャパシティ拡張とコスト効率化を推進します。

* 装置ベンダーや部品・材料メーカーと連携し、技術的課題の解決に向けた革新的な技術の開発・導入を行います。

* 部門横断的な改善活動を牽引するため、マネージャー、エンジニア、テクニシャンと密に連携し、効果的なコミュニケーションを図ります。

* 新技術の導入に際しては、国内のみならず海外の製造拠点とも連携し、全社的な技術展開に貢献する機会があります。
