Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Coordination Lead cross-functional product development teams across mechanical, thermal, electrical, software, and automation/robotics domains. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies to ensure project success. Champion continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline is required. Master’s degree strongly preferred PMP certification preferred Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management within the semiconductor industry, capital equipment, or high-complexity electromechanical systems. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle—from concept and design through NPI, pilot builds, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM). Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with global stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal engineering teams. Demonstrated success in delivering complex systems involving wafer handling, automated probers, ATE integration, and precision instrumentation. Technical Skills Strong understanding of electrical,
