Responsibilities

include coordinating and carrying out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step, leading and participating in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handling new process baseline

職務内容

必要な安全教育をすべて完了し、Micronの安全方針に従ってすべての作業を実施する
新装置の設計、開発、特性評価を主導し、ハードウェアおよび手順上のギャップを特定・解消する。
作業品質、コスト管理、プロジェクトスケジュールの遵守を確保しながら、装置のインストールとアップグレードおよび撤去を監督する。
装置ベンダーと連携し、既存製品の改善とロードマップのニーズ実現に努める。
装置の性能、運用手順、保守仕様、コスト指標をまとめた文書の作成・維持管理を行う。
社内監査および社外監査への対応

Responsibilities and Tasks

Complete all required safety training and perform all tasks in accordance with Micron's safety policies • Lead the design, development, and characterization of new equipment, identifying and resolving hardware and procedural gaps. • Supervise equipment installation, upgrades, and decommissioning while ensuring work quality, cost control, and adherence to project schedules. • Collaborate with equipment vendors to improve existing products and support roadmap

Requirements . • Create and maintain documentation detailing equipment performance, operational procedures, maintenance specifications, and cost metrics. • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and implementing corrective actions. 要件

分析に基づく問題解決スキルを持っている。
チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ、連携した業務の遂行が出来る。・テクニカルな話題を理解、発表、教育、開発を行う能力がある。
各種プログラミングスキル、データベースに関する基本的な理解。
Digital skill (Script、RPA、Tableau)作成の基本的な理解。
時間管理、マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている。
Microsoft Office（Excel/Word/Power point）スキルを有する。・英語による基本的なコミュニケーションスキルを有する（高校卒業程度）。
