Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the subject matter expert in startup project schedule management, ensuring all program timelines are met. * Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the startup projects, including Construction, Facility, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, HR, IT, Automation, IE, and Government Engagement teams, to establish program-level milestones and work with stakeholders to define segment-level deliverables, dependencies, and required dates. * Track all deliverables regularly, updating schedules and ensuring alignment across all segments. * Identify, assess, and drive resolution of program-level schedule risks by partnering with relevant teams. * Provide regular updates on schedule status, trends, and lookahead to the program leadership and stakeholders. * Leverage AI tools and methodologies for schedule efficiency and automation, driving continuous improvement in project management processes. ##
