Job Responsibilities

Take responsibility for creating SWR for device performance improvement proactively.Take responsibility for considering looking for sweet spot for both Process integration and Device performance perspective.Take responsibility for proceeding PCRB with appropriate data summary.職務責任デバイス性能改善に向けたSWRを主体的に作成・推進する。プロセスインテグレーションおよびデバイス性能の両観点から最適な条件(sweet spot)を検討する。適切なデータサマリーを用いてPCRBを推進する。Minimum

必須

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science(Material/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Physics, etc.) or equivalent experience.Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and basic data analysis/statistics
  • 資格工学/理学系の学士号(材料、化学、電気電子、機械、物理など)、または同等の実務経験半導体製造に関する基礎知識および基本的なデータ分析/統計の知識部門横断的な環境での高い協調性コミュニケーション能力

  • Experience in semiconductor process engineering/process integration/yield improvement.Exposure to defect/metrology analysis, SPC,or structured problem solving.さらにあると良い資格半導体プロセスエンジニアリング、プロセスインテグレーション、または歩留まり改善の経験血管解析、メトロロジー解析、SPC、または、体系的問題解決手法の理解
