仕事内容
Background
in semiconductor device physics and numerical simulation methods.Hands-on experience with TCAD tools (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus, Silvaco Atlas, or equivalent).Ability to perform detailed parametric analysis and extract physical insight from simulation results.Experience correlating TCAD results with experimental data is highly valued.Motivation and capability to learn new device architectures and technologies.Good written and verbal communication skills.Expectations (any one of):Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, Tcl, C++, etc.) for simulation automation and data analysis.Knowledge of advanced physical modeling, such as trap-related effects, variability, reliability, or quantum effects.Understanding of process integration and fabrication flows and their impact on device behavior.Experience with 3D device simulations and large-scale simulation data handling.Using AI techniques for parameter extraction, model calibration, sensitivity analysis, or surrogate modelingInterest in combining TCAD, large‐scale simulation data, and AI‐based approaches to improve development efficiencyEducation:M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent experienceAbout Micron Technology, Inc.
