Key Responsibilities
* Oversee site civil works, foundations, structural steel, seismic design, architectural finishes, and building envelopes. * Ensure compliance with Japan Building Standards Act, seismic codes, fire codes, and permitting processes. * Review structural calculations, construction sequencing, and QC documentation. * Coordinate interfaces with utilities, process systems, and tool installation.
