Responsibilities
Run the day-to-day management of the key product process engineering teams with an emphasis on results. Set, evangelize, and implement ASM processes. Collaborate with the KPU head to set the vision for the technology and roadmap. Embody ASM’s mission and values, and consistently reinforce them with the team through everyday actions. Develop and deliver the technology roadmap and execute on the product roadmap in collaboration with GPM and KPU Head. Lead Product Lifecycle Cycle (PLC) team in developing and delivering next generation systems to the market. Responsible for managing development execution (performance, cost, schedule, etc.). Provide support for existing products and drive continuous improvement efforts.

MUST be able to work across organizations, particularly hardware and software engineering, to define success criteria of products and drive new product development </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
