Responsibilities
Design mechanical systems and products supporting ASM process chambers using sound engineering principles Drive data-based design decisions in a cross-functional team environment Lead hardware development from concept through testing and HVM readiness Create and manage 3D CAD models (Creo) and 2D drawings with GD&T Perform engineering analysis including structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics Maintain product configuration using modern PLM tools Participate in design reviews and drive DFx activities Collaborate with suppliers to resolve fabrication challenges Prepare documentation for manufacturing and testing Support cost estimation for new features and enhancements

- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or higher 2+ years of experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD (Creo preferred) Experience with FEA and CFD tools (e.
- Ansys, Comsol) Familiarity with part fabrication methods (CNC, sheet metal, welding, coatings) Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards Comfortable working in lab and cleanroom environments, including manual tasks
