HVM Photo Track Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to improve productivity through process optimization on Track equipment and ensure stable equipment operation to support capacity expansion and cost efficiency. Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers of components and materials to develop and implement innovative technologies that address technical challenges. Facilitate cross-functional communication and drive improvement activities by working closely with managers, engineers, and technicians across various departments and operational areas. Contribute to company-wide technology deployment efforts by coordinating with both domestic and international fabrication sites.

Track装置のプロセス最適化および安定稼働を通じて生産性を向上させ、キャパシティ拡張とコスト効率化を推進します。

装置ベンダーや部品・材料メーカーと連携し、技術的課題の解決に向けた革新的な技術の開発・導入を行います。

部門横断的な改善活動を牽引するため、マネージャー、エンジニア、テクニシャンと密に連携し、効果的なコミュニケーションを図ります。

新技術の導入に際しては、国内のみならず海外の製造拠点とも連携し、全社的な技術展開に貢献する機会があります。
