Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Define and execute the global software engineering strategy aligned with ASM’s business objectives. Develop and maintain a multi-year software roadmap across product lines and technology platforms. Champion software innovation and architectural excellence to support long-term scalability and performance. Organizational Development Build and lead a world-class software engineering organization across multiple global sites. Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders and managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Drive talent acquisition, retention, and career development strategies to support organizational growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to deliver integrated solutions. in C++ and modern software development practices. Experience with software architecture, release planning, and baseline management. Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed teams and manage cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading large-scale software organizations and delivering complex products.
Strong background in C++ and modern software development practices.
Experience with software architecture, release planning, and baseline management.
Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
