In This Role
you will: Business Development Identify and pursue new opportunities in the CMP polishing market Drive strategic initiatives such as Technical Engagement Meetings (TEM) to strengthen the company’s technical presence in Japan Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong customer relationships Understand customer technical and operational challenges Deliver tailored, value-driven proposals Internal Collaboration Partner with R&D, Process Development, and Business Units to translate customer needs into optimized solutions Provide actionable feedback from customer evaluations to improve products Technical Proposal & Qualification Develop and present comprehensive technical proposals Lead and support on-site evaluations and product qualification to ensure seamless integration into customer processes Business Impact Achieve customer
