Key Responsibilities
Cultivation of new business opportunities for Maruwa`s products in semiconductor industry (FCBGA, CoWoP PCB, FCCSP, IC packages, Flip Chip etc) with focusing in the US market. NPI activities through visiting customers on-site, attending in tradeshows etc. Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, partners and affiliated companies to ensure on-time delivery and technical readiness etc. Ensure the achievement of sales targets set by management and headquarters. Manage of customer inquiries, quotation and delivery schedule.

- Bachelors or Masters Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field) 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales/Business Development of IC packaging, advance packaging or related hardware preferred within the United States.
- Comfortable communicating with Engineers on technical topics.
- Understanding of electronics or related technology industry.
- Willingness to frequent travels within the US and internationally (on a need basis) Valid US drivers license.
- Conversational level of Japanese
