Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, software, and process domains Support tool installation, qualification, and new site start-ups Collaborate with R&D and global teams to resolve technical escalations Provide on-site customer support to ensure tool performance and uptime Mentor field engineers and support technical knowledge transfer
