2026年9月27日から10月2日まで、横浜のPACIFICO YOKOHAMA North（1-1-2, Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama 220-0012）で開催されます。9月27日（日）はTutorial Dayで、技術セッションは9月28日の開会から10月2日の閉会までです。Exhibitionの会期は9月28日から10月2日までです。
投稿締切はいつですか。late newsの枠はありますか。
regular abstractの締切は2026年5月18日23:59 JSTで、採否通知は7月6日です。late news abstractは7月17日から8月17日23:59 JSTまで受け付けられ、採否通知は8月31日です。late newsについては「A small number of late news abstracts will be accepted」「selection will certainly be more rigorous than for regular abstracts」と公式に明記されています。
査読はありますか。どのように選考されますか。
abstractはTechnical Program Committee（TPC）によるpeer reviewを経て、TPCが最終選考を行い、oral presentationかposter presentationかが決まります。高評価の少数のabstractはinvited presentationに選ばれると記載されています。proceedings原稿は別途blind peer reviewを受け、Trans Techのscientific.netシステム上で編集されます。
採択率は公開されていますか。
late newsについては採択が少数にとどまり選考がより厳しくなる旨の文言のみが示されています。
