【PID】プロセス エンジニア

仕事の内容 【エンジニア業務】

• 先端パッケージ用プロセスのコンセプト提案、技術開発および検証
• 上記開発に必要な各種実験、試作、評価、分析等を提案・実施し、パッケージプロセスにおける各種要素技術の確立(チップとパッケージの相互作用、はんだ接合の信頼性など) 上記以外にも、必要に応じてその他の業務の対応を行って頂きます。

Engineering Tasks

• Propose concepts, develop and validate technologies for advanced packaging processes.
• Propose and execute various experiments, prototypes, evaluations, and analyses necessary for the above development, and establish various elemental technologies in the packaging process (such as chip and package interactions, solder joint reliability).
