投稿締切はいつですか。
公式ホームとPaper Submissionsは、abstract受付と採否通知が終了し、final camera-ready manuscriptの締切が9月30日だったことを示しています。以前に公表されていた予定日は、同じ「投稿区分・書式・締切」欄に履歴として残しています。
何を書いて出すのですか。ページ数の指定はありますか。
採択後のfinal manuscriptは、公式IEEE Conference Template（WordまたはLaTeX）を使った二段組4または5ページです。PDF Expressで確認し、Georgia TechとIEEE EDASの両方へ提出します。
査読はありますか。採択率は公開されていますか。
Call for Papersは3DICを「a peer-reviewed conference」と明記しており、査読プロセスの管理にはMicrosoft CMTが使われています。
採択された論文はどこに載りますか。
現行のPaper Submissionsは、発表されなかった論文をIEEE Xploreへ索引・収録しないと明記し、final manuscriptをIEEE EDASへ提出するよう案内しています。
参加費はいくらですか。
Registrationページによれば、Studentが90ドル、IEEE Memberが200ドル、Non-student, non-IEEEが325ドルで、いずれも税（8.9%）を含まない米ドル表示です。参加登録はEasyChair経由で行います。
どんな人が発表しているのですか。
2026年のProgramページには、imec、Rapidus、TSMC、Ampere Computing、Kioxia、NHanced Semiconductors、Siemens-EDAの所属者と、Georgia TechやUniversity of Southern Californiaの研究者が講演者として掲載されています。2024年は46件の口頭・ポスター発表に加え、keynote 5件・invited 7件が行われました。
日本からの参加や日本開催の実績はありますか。
直近では2024年9月25〜27日に仙台（Hotel Metropolitan Sendai／Sendai Kokusai Hotel）で開催され、220名が参加しました。Organizing Committee ChairとTechnical Program Chairはいずれも東北大学の所属者で、Advanced Programには32ブースの出展社一覧が掲載されています。2026年のsteering committeeにも東北大学の所属者が入っています。
tutorialやworkshopはありますか。
Call for Papersは「3D-IC'26 is seeking high quality workshop and tutorial proposals」として提案を募集しており、提案は[email protected]へメールで送る形です。
