abstractは2026年3月31日に受付を開始し、6月15日締切、7月10日採否通知です。採択後の4〜8ページのdraft manuscriptは7月10日から8月31日まで提出でき、査読は10月1日までに完了する予定です。査読コメントを反映したrevised final manuscriptは10月14日までにConftoolへ再提出します。旧公式CFPにはabstract締切6月8日・採否通知7月30日という異なる日付があるため、この回答では2026年10月12日更新のAuthorsページを現行値として示しています。

査読はありますか。どのように行われますか。

あります。abstract と paper の両方を EPTC Technical Program Committee が peer-review します。manuscript には Technical Sub-Committee Chair が2〜3名の査読者を割り当て、2026年10月1日までに review を完了する日程です。abstract 段階で採否と oral / interactive poster の別が決まり、判断材料には査読者の推薦に加えて oral presentation slot の空きも含まれます。

採択率は公表されていますか。

論文はどこに載りますか。

会場で発表された採択論文は conference proceedings と IEEE Xplore に掲載されます。oral と interactive poster のどちらであっても、会議で発表されたことが掲載の条件です。全著者は IEEE eCopyright Form に署名して IEEE に著作権を移転します。

参加費はいくらですか。
