- IEEE EPS Japan Chapter Young Award: The presenter must be listed as the first author of their paper. The presenter must be younger than 35 years old on December 31 of the presentation year. ICEP-HBS 2026 は2026年4月14〜18日に International Conference Center Hiroshima（広島市中区中島町1-5、平和記念公園内）で開催されました。次のサイクルは ICEP2027 で、2027年5月12〜15日に Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park（札幌市）です。ICEP2027 の About ICEP ページには設営日として「Setup: May 11 PM」も併記されています。
投稿の締切はいつですか。
ICEP2027 はトップページの Calendar 欄に、投稿開始2026年9月1日、abstract 締切2026年10月30日、採択通知2026年12月15日、最終原稿締切2027年1月29日と掲載されています。ICEP-HBS 2026 では abstract 締切が10月31日から11月7日へ、最終原稿締切が1月30日から2月13日へそれぞれ延長されました。延長の有無は年ごとに異なるため、2027年の締切を前年から導くことはできません。
査読はありますか。どんな方式ですか。
あります。Call for Papers に「Technical experts assigned by the conference technical committee will review your abstract, and their comments will be used in the selection process.」と載っており、2ページ以内の abstract を委員会が割り当てた技術専門家が査読します。最終原稿も委員会のコメントに応答していない場合は却下されうると載っています。
採択率は公表されていますか。

採択かつ発表された論文は conference proceedings に掲載され、IEEE Xplore と EI Compendex・INSPEC に送られると Call for Papers に書かれています。ただし IEEE Xplore compliant でない PDF は proceedings にも載らず、公開もされません。著作権は最終投稿時に JIEP（The Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging）へ移転します。発表しなかった論文は JIEP が作る No Show List に載り、「Author unavailable for presentation」として IEEE Xplore には収録されません。
参加費はいくらですか。
ICEP-HBS 2026 は早期（2026年2月28日まで）で JIEP/IEEE/IMAPS 会員65,000円、パートナー団体会員70,000円、非会員80,000円、学生20,000円、3月1日以降はそれぞれ72,000円・77,000円・87,000円・23,000円でした。消費税10%込み、支払いは日本円のみ、返金は理由を問わず不可と載っています。
日本から投稿するときに何を用意すればよいですか。
abstract はテンプレートに従い本文約1ページ＋図表1ページの計2ページ以内、採択後に IEEE 書式の2段組2ページを IEEE PDF eXpress plus（conference ID 69241X、2026年の場合）で PDF 化して提出します。口頭は質疑5分を含む25分、ポスターはタックボード（高さ2.1m）に収まるサイズで A0 推奨です。登壇者は2026年の場合3月27日までの参加登録が推奨され、発表を欠くと JIEP が作る No Show List に記載され、その論文は IEEE Xplore に収録されません。
